-6 gals (22.7L) Water
-1 gal (~3.8L) Sparging water
(adjust salt additions based on your water)
-Gypsum, Calcium Chloride, Epsom Salt, Baking Soda

-11% Flaked Corn [~1 lb]
-9% Acid Malt [~12 oz]
-3% Carapils [~ 4 oz]
-3% Honey Malt [~ 4 oz]

– 0.5oz (~14g) Warrior @20 min

-Fermentis SafLager w-34/70
______________________
Mash @ 151ºF (~66ºC) for about 45 mins
Boil for about 45 mins

Original Gravity: 1.043
Final Gravity: 1.009
ABV: 4.5%
IBUs: ~18
