Home Brew Cider
Tangy, citrusy and bursting with fruit flavor, this Hazy Dry-Hopped Cider might be my new favorite drink! If an IPA and a cider had a baby, this would be it. Using kveik yeast and hop biotransformation with citra cryo hops, this cider is an absolute winner. Let’s make Hazy Cider the new craze!

RECIPE for 1 gal (~3.8L):

-1 gal (~3.8L) Apple Juice (w/o preservatives)
-1.5tsp (5g) Yeast Nutrient
-1.5g Fermaid O (or yeast based nutrient)
-1 Packet Lallemand Voss Kveik Yeast
-0.5oz (~14g) Citra Cryo Hops @ Active Ferment Dry Hop

Ferment @ ~69ºF (~20.5ºC) for 1 Week

OG: 1.050
FG: 1.001
ABV: 6.4%
